Going Wireless? (Sept 27, 9:30AM)
Because of the new network design, it is beneficial not to have both wired and wireless
network adapters enabled on your computer at the same time.
If you are plugged into a network cable, please disable your wireless network card.
To disable, right-click on the wireless network icon ( ) near the clock in your taskbar.
Choose "disable" from the the pop-up menu. This will turn off your wireless adapter.
To re-enable the wireless when you want to use it, Choose 'Wireless Network Connection'
from the "Connect To" item in your Start Menu (near control panel).

If you have any questions about this, please call the helpdesk at x5544. Thanks!

Watch Those Attachments
A virus must have a way to spread. These days, most of that happens through attachments.
Watch what you receive very carefully! If you are not expecting an attachment,
confirm with the sender that the attachment was valid and intended before opening the file.
