Academic Advising at Morningside
Morningside students and their faculty advisors have an important relationship. Faculty advisors assist students in planning their coursework leading to graduation. In addition, faculty advisors mentor their “advisees” to ensure a full Morningside academic experience by exploring opportunities for internships, research, and career development opportunities.
Message from Associate Dean of Advising
At Morningside, advising is much more than building class schedules. We provide our students with a holistic approach to advising, designed to enable students to graduate in four years or less. The College years are a time for self-exploration. We challenge and support our students to set goals for college, career, and life. We offer accurate, timely, and useful advising information to empower students to be independent thinkers and learners.
