Morningside College is an institutional subscriber to Quality Matters. Quality Matters is a non-profit organization that provides resources to educational institutions that deliver online and blended courses. These resources include access to the Quality Matters Rubrics for reviewing online and blended courses, QM sponsored peer-reviews of courses, and other professional development opportunities.
Morningside College is currently in the middle of its own QM Implementation Plan. To learn more about the details and goals of this plan, please read this document. If you are interested in becoming a part of the Morningside College internal course review process, please contact Kim Christopherson for more details.
Use this link to access the MyQM site which gains you access to the electronic form of the QM rubric, course review tools, and professional development information. Morningside College employees can create their own account by entering your morningside.edu e-mail, selecting "no I am new here" and completing the form. Be sure to indicate your affiliation with Morningside College. An e-mail will be sent to the campus QM coordinator that you have registered.
Use this link to search for and register for professional development workshops. Workshops require payment.

A tool that instructors can use to conduct a self-review of their course using the QM rubric. Conducting this self-review is not an officially recognized QM review, but can be very helpful for faculty course development and improvement.
