HPER Registration

All users must present a current-term Morningside ID or a current HPER membership card upon each visit to the facilities.   COMPLETE the On-Line REGISTRATION FORM  (for employees only) to register for the current term (Morningside College login required to access the form).


CURRENTLY EMPLOYED full-time staff & faculty must complete a registration form each term for FREE use of the facilities for themselves and household members.

CURRENTLY EMPLOYED part-time staff & faculty are allowed FREE use of the facilities for themselves and pay nominal fees for other household members. A registration form must be completed for each term of use.


Current Full-time students paying activity fees are allowed FREE use of the facility. They must complete a registration form for other household members and pay appropriate fees as listed below for each term.

Current Part-time students (those taking less than 9 hours) pay nominal fees as listed below for themselves and household members and must complete a registration form for each term of use.

HPER Terms:    January-June  or   July-December

HPER User Fees (per term):


Full or part-time Morningside Staff/Faculty & full-time Students


Part-time Morningside Students (less than 9 hours)


Life-long learning primary Member


Spouse of part-time faculty/staff/students or life-long learning member


Family Pass for part-time faculty/staff/students & life-long learning members (includes all children in household age 15 & under)


(each) Dependent child of part-time faculty/staff/students & life-long learning member (age 16 & up in same household)

$3.00 GUEST PASS; per visit/per person accompanied by members 21 yrs & older only. Max 2 guests per visit
