If you are experiencing hardware or software problems, our staff will do their best to repair the problem. If the software problem cannot be resolved quickly, the option of re-imaging the computer to its original configuration will be offered. In some instances, a replacement unit or temporary loaner may be assigned. Our staff works and collaborates closely with the Student Notebook Coordinator, and other Information Services staff to provide the campus with its overall technology needs.
