Dimmitt Hall is named after Lillian E. Dimmitt who was Dean of Women for 26 years. Dimmitt Hall was renovated in 2015.
Dimmitt Hall is the largest residence hall on campus capable of housing 384 students. Each of its 16 different floor/wings provides a small community feel. Of these, Nine floors have themes with special interests:
- Ground A: female freshman floor
- 1st A: female freshman floor
- 2nd A: female freshman floor
- 3rd A: male freshman floor
- 2nd B: AOPi sorority
- 2nd D: ACACIA fraturnity
- 1st E: male freshman floor
- 2nd E: male freshman floor
- 3rd E: female freshman floor
