Use the same USERNAME and PASSWORD you used to sign in to the Morningside dashboard.
The priority deadline for housing applications is May 1st. Please visit the Residence Life Home Page for more information on housing options. Room assignments are completed in the order that housing applications are received so complete your housing application early. Students who have completed their housing application by May 1st will receive their room and roommate assignment around June 20th.
Be honest, this information will be used to match you with a compatible roommate. Every attempt will be made to fill your request; however, Residence Halls will fill quickly. The earlier you return your information, the better chance you have of getting your first choice. ATTENTION PARENTS: have your student complete his/her own housing application.

As a residential college, Morningside College believes that Residence Life is an integral part of a student's complete educational experience, therefore all full-time students who have not yet attained senior status (91+ credits) are required to live on-campus, unless they meet one of the following exemptions. Documentation of status may be required, see form form for details. New student Request for Housing Policy Exemption forms are due August 1st. Please allow two weeks for approval.
- Are married.
- Have dependent children living with them.
- Will reach their 22nd birthday before the end of the current semester.
- Are living with a parent/legal guardian or grandparent(s) in an established family home within 45 miles of Morningside College.
- Will be a part-time or graduate student
- Have a college endorsed internship, clinical placement, or are student teaching outside the Siouxland area.
- Have obtained at least 91 credits.
Financial Aid Notification: Any changes in enrollment and/or living arrangements AT ANY TIME BEFORE or DURING the award year should be reported to the Office in Financial Planning. Your financial aid award may be adjusted.
