FITNESS INSTRUCTORS

Bob Nelson-Yoga Instructor (pictured below)

My name is Bob Nelson. I have been interested in yoga ever since I went to college in Iowa City many years ago. It wasn’t until I began doing yoga at Be Studio here in Sioux City that I became a dedicated student of the ancient practice. I was the first graduate of the teacher training program at Be Studio, led by the inspirational Jacki Paulson. She found me a time to teach in her studio and I taught there for three years. Currently I teach at the Sioux City County Club, The Yoga College, and the Core Health Studio. I teach a variety of practices and mediations in these classes and look forward to the opportunity to meet some new students. Namaste.

Katie Roskie-Yoga (pictured below)  Katie is a back up Yoga Instructor and we are so lucky to have her right on campus as an employee.

Katie has been practicing yoga for 4 years and recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with {be}Yoga in Sioux City. My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to explore the mental and physical benefits that yoga can bring to their lives.
